When you visit the Sites, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, the website or ad that referred you (including campaign tags in the link), and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from other sources:

We may obtain information about properties and property owners from publicly available sources, such as county property, tax, court, and auction records, and from real estate data services such as the MLS.

• Respond to your requests and contact you about your property, purchase, or questions
• Evaluate properties and prepare cash offers or selling and buying options
• Provide real estate brokerage services through Plum Tree Realty when you choose Realtor representation
• Send you information about our services, including by call, text, and email, where you have agreed to receive it
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Sites and understand how visitors use them
• Protect against spam, fraud, and misuse
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and brokerage requirements

3. Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry and our services, including by automated means. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing described in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only as follows:

• Service providers: companies that help us run our business and the Sites, such as website hosting, email, spreadsheet and customer-management (CRM) tools, text-messaging providers, mapping and address tools, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Plum Tree Realty: our brokerage, when you choose listing or buyer representation or as required for brokerage supervision and compliance.
• Parties to your transaction: such as title companies, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, or other agents, when needed to complete a transaction you've asked us to help with or with your permission.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, court order, or regulation, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
• Business changes: if our business is reorganized, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Sites work, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use them. We use Google Analytics to measure Site traffic and form submissions, and Google Maps/Places to help you enter addresses. These services may collect information about your use of the Sites under Google's own privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Our Sites do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

8. Your Choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Calls: tell us during any call, or contact us, and we'll stop calling you.
• Access, corrections, or deletion: contact us to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it. We'll honor your request unless we're required to keep the information for legal or brokerage record-keeping purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

The Sites are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to Other Websites

The Sites may link to other websites, such as Google reviews or partner sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, so please review their privacy policies.

11. Equal Housing Opportunity

We are committed to the Fair Housing Act and equal housing opportunity. We do not collect information through the Sites to discriminate against anyone.

12. Changes to This Policy
